I live in a RV in Oliver. My hot water heater was leaking and making an awful mess. I left messages at several businesses for someone to come and fix the problem…not one even called me back. Finally I found Superior…and I’m so glad I did. Within 15 minutes a young man by the name of Edward came to my door. He worked diligently and knowledgeably at the heater and I was so impressed by his courtesy and manners. He installed a new water heater and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I certainly recommend this business. It felt like someone cared and believe me when you are in a fix it means a great deal.

After contacting the company due to a frozen well pump through a cold snap leaving me out of water, employee Edward showed up quickly and helped fixing the issues as quick as possible. While it was a couple day process of thawing and then fixing the pump and getting it back running, he kept checking in making sure things go as planned and kept updated on what’s going on. Fabulous customer service!
